🔥 Heated Pilates Fusion
A dynamic blend of pilates, strength, and flowing sequences in a heated room. Expect core-sculpting moves, lower and upper body strength work, and cardio bursts (HIIT) for a full-body sweat. You’ll leave feeling strong, centered, and energized.
💪 Total Body Sculpt
A full-body strength class designed to tone, tighten, and challenge every muscle group. We use a mix of bodyweight and optional weights to build strength, boost endurance, and leave you feeling strong from heat to toe.
🎶 Power Remix (Heated)
Heated, full body workout that blends Pilates-inspired core work, strength training, and energizing finishers. Each class follows a 4 block format- Core, Lower Body, Upper Body, and a Full-Body Finisher- to keep your muscles challenged and energy high. The twist? Each week brings a new music theme! You will never sweat to the same playlist twice. Same workout, fresh vibe every week.
🍑 Core & Booty Burn
A targeted strength class that zeroes in on your powerhouse (core) and glutes. We’ll focus on building strength, stability, and endurance with strength blocks followed by spicy burnouts. Perfect for anyone looking to tighten, tone, and lift.
🧘 Yoga Sculpt Power Flow
Taught by Colleen LaGasse
Vinyasa flow class that focuses on standing strength postures, as well as core strengthening. The flow is intended to challenge you- strengthening both your mind and your body.
